Like everyone we were all looking forward to our holiday on Costa Blanca. We had
checked out the website for the apartment -

We have done our best to provide everything
that you would like to have in a holiday home, so that you have every chance of having
a great holiday. We are very proud of our apartment and its location and it is rewarding
to hear that guests appreciate it too.
We also recommend a car so that you can explore
this amazing part of Costa Blanca or just to find the best beaches. Or you can just
chill out at the apartment and enjoy the pool or the solarium where you can enjoy
the views, soak up the sun or have a BBQ.

Back home safely to the cold and rain. We were delighted with the apartment and the facilities. We liked the peace and quiet and the view overlooking the pool, our average temp. was 23°C while we were there, could get used to that. .......More

A party of 5 stayed here in June 2007 & everything was just perfect. The facilities in the apartment exceeded our expectations & the place was spotless.
The pool was lovely & kept in excellent condition, just a shame you couldn't have sunbeds down there.
Chatting to other owners we found out about a cheap supermarket, Eroski's, which
was about a 20 minute drive away but well worth the trip -
Also, check out the little Chinese restaurant in San Miguel, food, prices & staff fabulous.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, we are thinking of going again next year, it was that good.
The only issue we had was that we had to drive to the shop, but now there are shops on site so that solves that problem!!

A Cracking Review! We do our best to provide enverything that our guests would need and want if it were their own holiday home. We are only happy if our guests really enjoy their holiday & our apartment. It's great to have such a positive review & pleaseing that we must be doing something right. The addition of the shops, bar and soon to be golf course further enhances the complex.

Appartement très bien situé,face à la piscine.Il est tout confort et propre.Une belle terrasse pour le bronzage et le barbecue.Nous avons des propriétaires très sympatiques et avons été acceuilli par un couple de gardiens très gentils et serviables. Je recommande particulièrement cette appartement pour une famille avec 2 enfants.

Although there are a couple of shops and a bar on site, a car is needed to fully appreciate the area and to give you a wider choice of shops and to visit restaurants, etc.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et l'appartement vraiment agréable. Christine et Jim vraiment très gentils. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes pour discuter puisque nous ne comprenons pas l'anglais, mais à part ça tout c'est bien passés. Nous nous livre pour l'année prochaine.

We were so impressed with the ambience and easy way of life of these three weeks, we even had a look round at properties for sale. Wouldn’t mind living there permanently..

They enjoyed our apartment and the whole way of life so much that they sold their house in the UK and stayed at our apartment for 3 months in early 2007 whilst they found a place of their our nearby.

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the keyholders. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and well equipped with all mod cons. The balcony overlooked the pool, which was clean and well maintained, and this is where our kids spent most afternoons splashing about. The sun terrace was also a real bonus offering fantastic views of the area and was ideal for family Barbeques. The location proved ideal to explore the Costa Blanca and we had several day trips up and down the coast. Some of the highlights were the market in nearby San Miguel, El Gusto restaurant in Benjiofar (which had a children's playroom and great food) and the beach at Mar Menor (South of Torreveija). In general we would recommend Mike and Ellen's apartment and look forward to going back again.

The terrace is perfect for relaxing and watching the activities in and around the
pool. The large private sunroof is ideal for lazing on the sun loungers, while reading
or just soaking up the sun or alfresco family meals from the stone BBQ. But when
